The Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (ETFO) is the union representing elementary teachers, occasional teachers, and educational and professional support personnel in elementary public schools in Ontario. ETFO is committed to supporting members with resources to help them: implement the Ontario curriculum, advance the cause of equity and social justice in society, develop as educators through professional learning, and negotiate an increasingly complex professional environment.
